群馬県太田市下浜田町の源泉 湯乃庵です。敷地内から湧く44℃以上、毎分311リットルの源泉を、加水せず掛け流しています。営業時間は火曜から金曜が10時から22時30分です。土日祝日と月曜は10時から21時30分で、最終入館は1時間前です。料金は大人平日500円、土日祝650円、小人400円です。館内には16床の岩盤浴もあります。
シャンプー・ボディソープ・ドライヤー・綿棒・化粧水は備え付け無料。タオル小100円/大150円/セット200円、館内着200円のレンタル。岩盤浴700円、マッサージ20分2,000円～。クレジットカード不可。
