From Aizu-Wakamatsu side: take National Route 49, branch to National Route 294 at Ishiyama intersection, toward Shirakawa about 20 min. Get off at JR Ban-Etsu West Line Kami-To Station, take Aizu Bus Katsudanai = Kami-To (Station) = Bandai-Atami Station line for about 40 min, get off at the Gyosei Center bus stop.
