玉井別館は、島根県松江市玉湯町玉造にある旅館です。玉造温泉街の北側入口に位置する純和風の宿で、滝が流れる庭園に囲まれた大浴場があります。趣向を凝らした5つの足湯も備えています。客室は46室あり、令和2年にリニューアルされた和洋室や、モダン和室、和室があります。泉質は単純温泉で、泉温は52度です。チェックインは16時から19時まで、チェックアウトは10時までです。
2024年頃「玉造温泉 RYOKAN OQOQ」に改称（旧・玉井別館、同一施設としてjalan/ゆこゆこで確認）。露天風呂は男女各1、サウナあり（男性用ミストサウナは故障中の記載）
