玉造温泉の保性館は、創業およそ三百年の旅館です。館内に温泉の源泉があり、豊富な湯量と案内されています。大浴場の紅柄には庭園造りの露天風呂があります。瑠璃には奥出雲産の七種の巨石が並びます。国登録有形文化財の幽泉亭は見学できます。館は日本庭園に囲まれ、伝統的な木造建築も残ります。夕食には島根和牛やずわい蟹を使う季節の会席があります。
