別府市上野口町にある市営の日帰り温泉施。 平成7年4月オープンの新しいタイプの多目的公民館と併設されており、市民や観光客が気軽に利用できる。 天井が高く1・2階吹き抜けの開放的な浴場からは、外の美しい庭園を眺めることができ、うたせ湯も併設されている。 泉質は単純温泉で、神経痛や筋肉痛、関節痛、冷え性、疲労回復などに効能があるといわれている。 館内はバリアフリー対応、シャワーやシャンプー・石鹸、ドライヤー、ベビーベッドも完備。
