Toeikan is a ryokan in Tsukioka Onsen. It uses hot springs known for their sulfur aroma, and its large communal bath is available 24 hours a day. Nano-bubble showers are also available. Day-use bathing is offered from 11:00 to 15:00, varying by day, and costs 1,000 yen for adults. Shuttle buses run from Niigata and Shibata stations, and Tsukioka and Nakauka stations are about 7 minutes away by car. All guest rooms are non-smoking and have a wide sitting area. Closing days are irregular.
