道の駅東陽に隣接した公営の日帰り温泉施設。 泉質はアルカリ性単純温泉で、主浴槽以外はすべて源泉かけ流し。広々とした大浴場には、露天風呂、天降石風呂（遠赤外線）、サウナ、水風呂、釜風呂（ミストサウナ）、イベント風呂など多彩な湯船が揃っており、四季折々の山村風景や河俣川のせせらぎを眺めながらリラックスできる。
