Tsu City Shimonogawa Jumin Koryu Center is a bathing facility located in Shimonogawa, Misugi-cho, Tsu, Mie. Opening hours are 14:00 to 21:00 from May to October and 14:00 to 20:00 from November to April, with reception until 30 minutes before closing. It is closed on Thursdays (or the following day if Thursday is a public holiday) and during the year-end and New Year holidays.
