Unazuki Onsen Enraku in Kurobe, Toyama, is a long-established ryokan where guests can enjoy views of the Kurobe Gorge and its hot springs. It draws clear alkaline simple spring water, and its open-air baths include a hinoki cypress bath made from a 400-year-old tree. Every guest room faces the gorge, bringing the sound of the river and seasonal scenery close. There is no day-use bathing; the baths are for staying guests only. The inn is about a 3-minute walk from Unazuki Onsen Station and 4 minutes from Unazuki Station. Seasonal cuisine made with Toyama ingredients is another highlight.
