愛媛県西予市宇和町、宇和パークホテル4階の「宇和サウナ」。樹齢約300年の山田薬師の裏山で育った杉材を使用したサウナ室と、地元ヤマミ醤油の樽を再利用した水風呂が特長。4種類の風呂（冷水15℃・常温25℃・不感温36℃・高温42℃）で温冷交代浴が楽しめる。営業は6:00-8:00、12:00-23:00。料金：一般2,200円・南予1,650円・西予市・宿泊客1,100円、貸切22,000円。宿泊・日帰り・貸切いずれも対応。
