杖立温泉街の薬師堂（東林琉璃堂）下に設けられた、地元住民にも愛される共同浴場。 浴室は脱衣所と一体化した昔ながらのシンプルな造りで、タイル張りの浴槽には熱めの源泉がかけ流しで注がれている。 アメニティや備品は一切ないため、タオルや石鹸は持参が必須。無人運営で、入浴料200円を料金箱に入れて利用するスタイル。
