山出（やまいだし）憩いの里温泉は愛媛県愛南町にある日帰り温泉施設です。泉質は低張性弱アルカリ性冷鉱泉です。大浴場の「惠湯」と「有卦湯」、家族風呂の「里の湯」と「森の湯」があります。やすらぎ交流館やログハウス、レストラン遊花亭、キャンプ場、ドッグランも併設しています。営業時間は10時から21時（札止め20時30分）、定休日は毎週水曜日（祝日の場合は営業）です。入浴料金は大人650円から小学生以下300円です。
