奈良県吉野町の吉野温泉元湯は、島崎藤村ゆかりの温泉宿です。藤村が滞在した部屋が当時のまま残されています。館内には庭園を眺める休憩ロビーのデッキがあり、吉野建ての客室から景色を望めます。日帰り入浴は予約制で、当日の予約にも対応しています。源泉100％の温泉を大人800円で利用でき、時間は11時から15時までです。受付は14時30分までで、4月から5月の大型連休中は日帰り入浴を受け付けません。
