Yudokoro Yuyu is a radon hot spring attached to Sun Hotel Tagajo, built around a radon generator of the type also used in medical settings. The open-air bath was renovated in April 2025, and the facility now offers a wide range of bathing options including the radon bath, the medicated "Senjin-yu" bath, a large indoor bath, a sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor cool-down benches. Radon bathing is said to help purify the blood, boost metabolism, improve the skin, relieve fatigue and ease chronic conditions, and many guests visit specifically for this kind of therapeutic soak (toji).
