Yukotan no Mori is a hot spring facility in Shizukuishi, Iwate, with an open-air bath, parking, a restaurant, and Wi-Fi. Guest hours are 6:00–9:00／10:00–23:00, with Thursday hours from around 18:00–23:00. Guest bathing is free and included in the accommodation fee. Day-use bathing at Mori no Yu costs 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children from age 3 through elementary school. It is about 20 minutes by taxi from Shizukuishi Station, about 30 minutes by car from Morioka Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, and about 40 minutes by car from central Morioka.
