鹿児島県鹿屋市の中心部、下谷川沿いにある日帰り入浴施設「ゆたか温泉」です。施設ができる前は、現在の建物正面にある丘から田んぼへ「赤水」と呼ばれる温泉が流れていました。この地で掘削が行われ、深さ1388メートル、期間約7か月をかけて温泉を得ています。泉質はナトリウム-炭酸水素塩泉です。鹿屋市内で日帰り入浴ができる一軒です。
