Bath No. 9, Shibu Oyu is a day-use hot spring in Yamanouchi, Nagano. For day-use bathing, it is open 13:00-17:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; 10:00-17:00 on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays; and 10:00-17:00 every day during Golden Week, Obon, and the year-end and New Year holidays. Admission is 800 yen for adults and 500 yen for children. From Yudanaka Station, take a bus bound for Kamibayashi for about 7 minutes and get off at Shibu Onsen Iriguchi or Shibu Onsen Wagobashi. It is about 15 minutes by car from the Shinshu-Nakano IC via Prefectural Route 29 and National Route 292.
