長野県山ノ内町の渋温泉、志賀高原のふもとに建つ歴史の宿金具屋。源泉かけ流しの温泉が八つあり、斎月の湯、岩窟の湯、美妙・恵和・子安の湯、龍瑞露天風呂、鎌倉風呂などが揃います。昭和初期の木造建築を今に残す旅館で、露天風呂も備えます。石畳の温泉街に位置し、湯田中駅から徒歩約22分、車では約4分です。上条駅からは車で約6分です。
龍瑞露天風呂のみ露天あり（男女各1）。サウナは全浴場になし
