湯布院の中心・湯の坪街道沿いに佇む、大正14年創業の歴史ある古民家造りの温泉旅館。 全8室の落ち着いた和の空間で、囲炉裏ロビーやフリードリンクコーナーなど、ゆったりとくつろげる設備が整っている。 温泉は敷地内自家源泉から湧き出る湯量豊富な由布院温泉（単純泉・pH8.0）を100％かけ流しで提供。 4つの貸切風呂（露天2・内湯2）は24時間利用可能で、宿泊者は無料で何度でも利用できる。
大浴場はなし。24時間利用できる4つの貸切風呂（貸切露天風呂 鶴見・由布、貸切内風呂 九重・高崎）。由布院温泉 天然温泉100% 掛け流し、PH8.0の単純泉。館内にフリードリンクコーナー・囲炉裏あり。
