JR膳所駅から徒歩3分の場所にある1970年創業の町銭湯。 2018年にリニューアルし、昭和レトロな雰囲気と現代的な快適さを追求。 薪窯で沸かす熱い湯と、地下60mから汲み上げた鮮度抜群の地下水を使った水風呂（18℃前後）が自慢で、サウナ（約120℃）は週替わりアロマや音楽で“ととのう”体験ができる。 男女浴室のタイル絵には近江八景が描かれている。 オンラインショップでは都湯MOKUタオルやサウナハットなどのかわいいグッズが販売されている。
