Tomi no Yu is a day-trip hot spring located inside Hotel Seran in Yamanouchi, Shimotakai District, Nagano. It has separate outdoor baths for men and women, and the spring type is a simple spring. Opening hours are 14:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 11:00 to 22:00 on weekends, public holidays and similar days. Hotel guests can use it free of charge during their stay; day-trip bathing costs 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for children. It is 10 minutes by free shuttle from Yudanaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway, and about 15 minutes by car from Shinshu-Nakano IC on the Joshin-etsu Expressway toward Kitashiga Kogen.
