Gondo Onsen Therme DOME is a super sento in Nagano, Nagano. In addition to the free-flowing “Gondo no Yu” hot spring, it offers a wide range of sauna facilities, including a blast loyly sauna, a salt sauna, a high-temperature dry sauna, a low-temperature sauna, a cool-down (totonoi) room, and a bubbling cold plunge bath. There are also rest spaces, a lounge, and a lie-down area. Hours are 10:00-24:00 (last entry 23:30), and it is open every day (with occasional closures for maintenance).
