Yu no Eki Pompoko is a super sento in Nakano, Nagano Prefecture, about 10 km by car from Shinshu-Nakano IC. Its official name is 'Mayama Onsen Yu no Eki Pompoko'. The hot spring is a chloride spring, and an open-air bath and a sauna are also available. From Shinshu-Nakano Station, it is about 25 minutes on the Nakano City Fureai Bus, right by the last stop. Admission is 600 yen for adults and 350 yen for elementary school children (700 yen for adults and 450 yen for elementary school children on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:30, and the building closes at 21:00. It is closed on Thursdays, but open when Thursday is a public holiday.
