三重県伊賀市の豊かな森と山に囲まれた複合温泉施設。 日帰り温泉を中心に、キャンプ場やフィールドアスレチック、パン工房、レストラン、地元野菜直売所など多彩な施設を併設。 浴場は「けさんの湯」（木造）と「ささゆりの湯」（石造）が日替わりで男女入れ替え制。 露天風呂や酒樽風呂、ワニ・ゾウの足跡を模したユニークな浴槽、源泉かけ流し風呂など、バリエーション豊かな15種類以上の湯船を楽しめる。
