いこい旅館は熊本県南小国町の黒川温泉にある温泉旅館です。天然温泉100％の源泉かけ流しです。日本名湯秘湯百選に選ばれた露天風呂「滝の湯」があります。深さ150センチの立ち湯も備えています。サウナは男女各1つずつあります。露天風呂は男女各2か所あり、貸切でも利用できます。囲炉裏の間では足湯や温泉卵も楽しめます。館内で13の湯をめぐれます。日帰り入浴は8時30分から21時までです。黒川温泉バス停までの送迎もあります（要予約）。

館内ページの概要表より。温泉は「滝の湯、うたせ湯、箱湯、サウナ、檜風呂、美人湯、立湯、蘇の湯（岩風呂・寝湯・うたせ湯）、貸切風呂×4」。食事処3ヶ所（全て椅子テーブル席）。売店あり。駐車場18台。個別アメニティ（タオル・歯ブラシ等）の記載は無し。
