黒川温泉の奥、田の原川沿いの自然豊かなロケーションに佇む高級旅館。 母屋と8棟の離れからなる全16室は、川や畑、小鳥のさえずりが聞こえる日本の原風景に包まれている。 温泉は単純温泉（源泉かけ流し・加水あり）で、檜造りの大浴場「村中の湯 たゆたゆ」には内湯と露天風呂があり、木々や川のせせらぎを眺めながら入浴を楽しめる。 食事は母屋のダイニングで地元の旬食材を使った会席料理を堪能できる。
