鹿児島県屋久島町にある「楠川温泉」は、県道から山手へ200メートルほど上がった場所にある共同浴場です。400年以上の歴史があり、古くから湯治地として親しまれてきました。24.5度の冷泉を沸かした湯を蛇口から湯船に流し込む仕組みで、湯船は8人ほどが入れる大きさです。日帰り入浴の施設です。
