2021年11月にオープンしたビジネスホテルで、最上階14階に男女別の天然温泉大浴場「芸州の湯」を完備。 泉質は単純弱放射能冷鉱泉（低張性弱アルカリ性冷鉱泉）で、内湯・露天風呂・高温サウナ・水風呂など充実した温浴設備が特徴。 サウナは広々としてテレビ付き、水風呂も冷たくて好評。湯上り処では無料のアイスや乳酸菌飲料サービスもあり、旅の疲れを癒せる。
大浴場・露天風呂は15:00〜10:00（夜通し利用可）、サウナは1:00〜5:00停止。天然温泉（加温・加水あり）。
