There is an outdoor bath facing a mountain stream where you can bathe while feeling close to nature. However, the outdoor bath is closed for a period in winter. In addition to large baths for women and men, there is a family bath that can be reserved for private use and used free of charge when available. There is also a drinking fountain where you can drink the natural carbonated hot spring water. Shuttle service from JR Hida-Osaka Station is also available (by arrangement). The guest rooms are 10-tatami Japanese-style rooms with a view of the murmuring riverside.
