Taikoyu is a communal bath in Miyanoshita Onsen that uses a self-flowing local spring. It is open from 13:00 to 21:00, with final admission at 20:30. Regular closing days are Wednesdays and the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. It opens on public holidays and closes on the following day instead. Fees are 520 yen for adults, 200 yen for middle school students and 100 yen for children. Parking is available for 3 passenger cars and 1 light car. It is about a 5-minute walk from Miyanoshita Station or a 10-minute walk from Kowakudani Station on the Hakone Tozan Railway.
