Uchimaki Onsen Shichifuku Onsen

An unmanned neighborhood public bath located a bit outside the center of Uchimaki Onsen town in Aso City, along the river. The building is a pink house, with a simple system where visitors drop 200 yen for adults and 100 yen for children into the fare box at the entrance. The changing room and bath are compact but kept clean, and the bath is also available to tourists. The water has a faint iron smell and a slight sulfur smell, and the tub may turn brown from iron deposits. The water temperature is slightly hot (42-45 degrees C), but the feel is mild and refreshing without strong peculiarities.
