堀田温泉は、大分県別府市にある市営の日帰り温泉施設です。2003年4月に西の玄関口の市営温泉としてオープンしました。内湯に加え、植栽や岩組をした季節感のある露天風呂があります。浴室専用の車椅子や手すりを備え、オストメイト対応トイレも導入しています。泉質は単純温泉で、引湯のかけ流しです。営業時間は6:30～22:30ですが、14:00～15:00は清掃のため入館・入浴できません。料金は中学生以上300円、小人100円、小学生未満は無料です。定休日は第1水曜日（祝日の場合は翌日）です。
ドライヤー・洗面器は無料。オリジナルタオル300円、シャンプー・リンス・ソープセット100円、カミソリ100円、歯ブラシ50円、スキンケアセット200円を販売。
