湯の里葉山は大分県別府市鶴見にある旅館です。鉄輪温泉の湯を使った天然温泉かけ流しの宿です。貸切露天風呂「桜の湯」があります。貸切温泉内湯の「椿の湯」と「天使の湯」もあります。男女別の大浴場岩風呂「河童の湯」と「兎の湯」もあります。3種類の貸切湯がある宿です。季節の木々を眺めながら入浴できる貸切露天風呂です。
貸切露天風呂「桜の湯」、貸切温泉内湯「椿の湯」「天使の湯」、男女大浴場岩風呂「河童の湯・兎の湯」。館内に食彩処「温味」（個室あり）と2F朝食会場。全17室、和洋室・和室はシャワールーム付き。
