別府市中心街・国道10号線沿いにある市営共同浴場。 地元住民に長年親しまれてきた「ジモ泉」で、観光客も利用可能。浴室は半地下構造で、脱衣所と一体型のシンプルな造り。 浴槽は2～3人が入れるほどのサイズで、泉質は炭酸水素塩泉で、無色透明～黄土色に近い湯色、熱めの湯が特徴。
