Biwako Grand Hotel is a hotel in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. Its natural hot spring water is an alkaline simple thermal spring, and it has two large public baths: one with an open-air bath overlooking the lake and one with a garden open-air bath. Every guest room in Kyo-Omi has its own open-air hot spring bath. There are large and small banquet halls, and an esthetic salon and massage chairs are also available.
