Otsu Yu, located in central Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, is a long-established, community-rooted public bathhouse with a variety of baths including a vibra bath, medicinal bath, jet bath, electric bath, and cold-water bath, plus a popular sauna. The bathing area is spacious and clean, popular with local residents and the younger generation.
