萬力屋別館は、鉄輪温泉街の中心にある宿です。2022年11月にリニューアルし、ワーケーションに対応したWi-Fi完備のコワーキングスペースを備えています。宿泊は素泊まりで、朝食にパンとコーヒーが付きます。大浴場は塩化物泉を100％源泉かけ流しで使用し、石造りの浴槽が特徴です。家族湯は4名まで利用できますが浴室は1つのため交代制です。日帰り湯は、宿泊予約のない日に80分2,000円で利用できます。
