別府市松原町の住宅街にある公民館併設型の市営共同浴場。 古くは「松寿泉」と呼ばれていた歴史ある名湯で、現在も地元住民の憩いの場として親しまれている。 浴室はコンパクトで、中央で仕切られた楕円形の浴槽が特徴。片側は適温、もう片側は熱湯と分かれており、好みに応じて湯温を選べる。
