別府市明礬温泉のさらに奥、湯山の山あいにひっそりと佇む貸切家族風呂の温泉施設。 全3室の貸切風呂（内湯2、露天風呂付き1）は、どれも1時間単位の完全貸切制。湯の花が舞う白濁の硫黄泉は、優しい香りと肌触りが特徴で、温泉好きの間では「秘湯」として親しまれている。 露天風呂は大人4人以上が入れる広さで、晴れた日は抜群の開放感。浴室にはシャンプー・石鹸・リンスインシャンプー・ボディソープが備え付けられ、ドライヤーや貸しタオルも利用可能。母屋には休憩スペースもあり、湯上がりには温泉卵やドリンクの販売もある。
