別府・鉄輪温泉街「いでゆ坂」の入口にある歴史ある市営共同浴場。 鉄輪温泉の開祖・一遍上人にちなんで名付けられたとされ、地元住民の生活湯として長く親しまれてきた。 湯温は約86℃と高温。湯冷めしにくく、保湿効果が高いのが特徴。 入浴料は100円と格安で、入口の料金箱に投入するセルフ式となっている。 浴場は小ぢんまりとした男女別の内湯のみで、観光客も利用しやすい雰囲気。
