別府市天満町の住宅街にある市営共同浴場。 公民館と併設されており、地元住民を中心に観光客も利用できる「ジモ泉」として人気。 浴室と脱衣所が一体型のシンプルな造りで、中央に8人ほど入れるタイル張りの小判型浴槽がある。 泉質はナトリウム・カルシウム-塩化物泉で、源泉かけ流し。泉温は95.5℃と高温ですが、加水・加温せずに43℃前後で供給され、肌がすべすべする浴感が特徴。 アメニティや洗い場はなく、桶は入口で貸出。シャンプーや石鹸は持参が必要。
