Echigo-Yuzawa HATAGO Isen is a Japanese inn in Yuzawa, Niigata. It is about a 1-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station and about a 23-minute walk (about 4 minutes by car) from Gala Yuzawa Station. The inn will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025 and operates as a modern take on a traditional hatago inn. Passing through the lattice door begins a time away from everyday life. It has an open-air bath and is open year-round. The bathing facility is for overnight guests only and can be used from check-in through check-out.
