Hotel Futaba is a hotel on elevated ground in Yuzawa, Niigata. Some rooms have open-air baths, and private baths are also available. The hot springs are Futaba-no-Yu, comprising Yama-no-Yu, Sato-no-Yu and Sora-no-Yu. The chef serves kaiseki cuisine made with carefully selected fresh fish and vegetables. The open-air baths in the rooms can be used 24 hours a day. It is about a 7-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station and about an 18-minute walk (about 3 minutes by car) from Gala Yuzawa Station.
