別府市中心部の住宅街にある市営共同浴場。 レトロな外観と赤いポストが目印で、地元住民が多く利用する「ジモ泉」として親しまれている。 浴室はシンプルで、中央に長方形の浴槽が一つ。泉質はカルシウム・ナトリウム・マグネシウム-炭酸水素塩泉（低張性・中性・高温泉）で、湯量豊富な源泉かけ流し。ほんのり緑がかったお湯は無色透明で、入浴後も体がポカポカと温まるのが特徴。
