Yama no Yu is a day-trip hot spring in Yuzawa, Niigata. Opening hours are 10:00 to 21:00, with last admission at 20:30. It is closed on Tuesdays (with a substitute closing day for public holidays, the year-end and New Year period, and the Obon period). Admission is 850 yen for adults, 350 yen for children, and 250 yen for people with disabilities. It is a 20-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station and a 10-minute drive from Yuzawa IC. The spring water is simple sulfur hot spring water.
